The Childhood Trafficking and Victimization Act has been stalled and doesn’t appear to be picking up any traction…what can we do? “Don’t give up,” says Max Finberg, Director of the Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Sometimes a bill has to be put before Congress for years before it passes, and that’s an unfortunate reality of our political system.
