In Acts 1:20, Peter quotes Psalm 69:25 and 109:8 as scripture. “The definition for inspiration: God providentially prepares and guides human beings to write, in their own circumstances, their own styles, their own personalities, the things that God would say to his church,” according to Dr. Gerry Breshears, Author and Professor of Theology at Western Seminary.
